Reviews and Ratings
The hostel's location is outstanding, right in the heart of Downtown and within walking distance of many attractions, including St Lawrence Market. The rooms, although pretty small even for a hostel, were clean and could be stored after checkout if you want to explore before your next journey. The daily activities and the downstairs bar add a vibrant touch to the stay, but the dining experience lacked consistency as breakfast was not available on the morning of my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Toronto, close to all the major attractions. The staff and other guests were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dining options were fantastic, and the facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the rooms were a bit lacking in space for luggage and power sockets, but overall it was a great experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big and very clean but a bit old and not the best. The location was fantastic with everything nearby, including Union Station, but the price could've been better. The staff and other guests were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable.
The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms were a bit small, and the atmosphere at the bar wasn't ideal for breakfast. However, it was a great place to relax and chat with other guests. The dining options were good, especially the fresh coffee, but accommodations could use some refurbishment.
The hostel's location is fantastic with Younge Street and Union Station within walking distance. The dormitory room, while perfect for a single traveler, was dim and not very clean. The hostel offers enough facilities but falls short on cleanliness and attitude.
I stayed at this hotel which offers a great location in downtown Toronto, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were decent, although a bit stuffy, and faced the rear of the building overlooking a park and a restaurant patio. The service was friendly, but the noise from trucks and church bells could be bothersome. The dining experience wasn't bad, with a varied selection for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel this time around. I found it convenient for leaving bags during the day but noisy at night. The location was clean and in the heart of Downtown, close to Union Station and the St Lawrence market. The service was quite good, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was delicious with made-to-order options, though the standard menu was not as impressive. The facilities were fairly good, with a homey atmosphere and great views.
The hotel's rooms felt more modern and cozy, though they didn't look like the ones in the pictures. The location is a great reason to choose this place, being walking distance from many city highlights. The dining experience isn't bad but could be better, and the facilities are quite nice.
The hotel offers clean and secure rooms with simple air system controls, but they are a bit cramped compared to other options. The location is convenient for accessing downtown and public transport, though it could benefit from a refurbishment. The dining experience is satisfactory, especially with delicious homemade cakes. The hotel provides necessary facilities but could improve in certain aspects.
The hotel had a great location, very close to the city center and the union station. The rooms were small for the number of people and felt a bit dull but were alright for a quick rest. The breakfast was fantastic value for money, and there was a need for a more social atmosphere for non-drinkers.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Toronto, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious but in need of urgent renewal, with excessive light entering through the thin blackout curtains. The service is friendly, and the breakfast system is loved by guests. However, the hotel can be quiet on weekends, and the dining service experienced delays.
The hostel is in a prime location right in the heart of Downtown, allowing easy access to local transport and within walking distance to food places, shopping, and Union Station. The rooms were rearranged to fit more beds, but they lacked proper ventilation, leading to discomfort. The dining options were varied, offering healthy choices, backpacker sandwiches, and salads. The hostel boasts a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with helpful staff and new mattresses, but the rooms were uncomfortably hot.
The hotel's rooms, cozy and with a nice view of a small public park, weren't ready until 3 o'clock, but they were warm and comfortable, ideal for a winter stay. The service was great, and the location, just a block away from the financial district, made exploring the city easy. The dining options were good, although a bit limited at times. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Toronto.
The hostel's location shines as it's wonderfully close to downtown Toronto's key attractions and amenities. The room, while a bit tight and smelly during my late-night check-in, at least had a manual heater. The dining experience varied from disappointing to hearty, and the facilities are decent.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Younge Street and Union Station, making it a fantastic spot. The rooms are large, comfortable in temperature, but a bit tight for space when it comes to luggage. The staff and other guests were extremely friendly and welcoming. However, the common area lacks comfortable furniture for socializing. Breakfast is good but limited. Overall, it offers great value for money and convenience.
